Today, the 14th March 2026 Institute of Gender and Development Studies begun a two days workshops to validate its online courses. While opening the workshop, the Institute’s Director Assoc. Prof. Ruth Nsibirano emphasised the initiative's capacity to strengthen the delivery of university-wide courses such as Introduction to Gender and Development; and Communication Skills, as well as upcoming courses including Political Economy, which the Institute is responsible for. The institute online learning coordinator Dr. Godfrey Mayende assured the team that he will ensure that all the necessary courses are available online.
